[accessibilite-numerique] Dernière étape avant que WCAG 2.0 devienne la reco officielle

Bonjour à toutes et tous,
Avec un peu de retard, pour ceux qui ne le savent pas encore, je vous
informe que la version 2 des WCAG a atteint la dernière étape avant de
devenir recommandation officielle.
WCAG 2.0 est devenue une proposition de recommandation, "proposed
recommandation" en anglais le 3 novembre dernier.
Cela signifie que les informations techniques des WCAG ont été
finalisées et que les recommandations ont été implémentées sur de vrais
sites.
La partie "statut du document" donne des informations sur ce qui a été
modifié depuis la dernière version.
Cette dernière étape va permettre aux membres du W3C de valider WCAG en
tant que recommandation pour relecture et adoption.
Vous trouverez ci-dessous le message d'annonce en anglais et tous les
liens indispensables pour comprendre le processus de développement des
recomandations au W3C.
L'étape finale sera la publication de la recommandation qui est prévue
pour décembre 2008.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Working Group announces
the publication of WCAG 2.0 as a W3C Proposed Recommendation on 3
November 2008. WCAG 2.0 explains how to make Web sites, applications,
and other content accessible to people with disabilities, and older
users. See:

"Proposed Recommendation" means that the technical material of WCAG 2.0
is complete and it has been implemented in real sites. Information about

During this stage, WCAG 2.0 is submitted to the W3C membership for final
